Recruiting Full Job Description Description Summary:

Project Manager is an integral role in successfully implementing and evaluating the proposed grant, AgriFCS Academy . The Project Manager will manage all personnel associated with the project by providing effective direction and ongoing feedback, delegating tasks, prioritizing work, and conducting performance reviews. In addition, the project manager will interact with all participants and work closely with the Co-Program Director and Part-time Fiscal Analyst. It is understood that the project manager will also be responsible for leading weekly grant project meetings and providing updates on the grant project’s status, next steps, and recommendations in addition to being responsible for creating templates for stakeholders (e.g., letters, Memorandum of Understanding, etc.), monitoring all grant materials, and requesting changes to ensure that the project strictly adheres to requirements. The project manager will keep the team up-to-date on the project’s progress, and report any delays in a timely fashion.

Examples of Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Articulate feedback about the project Delegate tasks, Prioritize work, Conduct performance reviews Plan student/interns’ trips Create template for MOUs and articulation agreements Execute daily duties of the project Other duties assigned by the Project Director Typical Qualifications Minimum Position Requirements (including certifications, licenses, etc.): Master’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences or closely related area in the Family and Consumer Sciences Background and experience in research, recruitment, program and evaluation and grant management is preferred.
