We are seeking a Data Center Project Manager to oversee full project life cycles for mission-critical infrastructure builds, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Execute all assigned OTRs (Objectives, Targets, Results) Actively participate in CFR (Customer-Facing Review) discussions Follow Operational Guidelines throughout all project phases: Presales, Planning, Delivery, Closing, and Post-Installation Track project plans to ensure milestones, timelines, and budgets are met Manage risks and proactively implement corrective actions Oversee change control processes and secure change orders Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery Drive quality assurance throughout project execution Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts with services such as A/V, security, Wireless/DAS, and network infrastructure Maintain accurate system data and documentation for all engagements Align contract documents (PO, Contracts, Proposals, P&L) for accurate setup Monitor billing schedules and conduct weekly reviews of: Field Budget Trackers Project metrics Invoicing status Pending awards Accounts receivable Project system dates
