We are a one of the largest electrical contractors in the Southeast with 6 locations and hold licenses in 13 states. Requirements:

5+ years experience History of successful project management on wide ranging commercial projects High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Project Familiarity with Estimating software (Accubid Classic a bonus),

Bluebeam and Procore Job Duties:

Manage projects and project teams throughout job life cycle, from preconstruction to closeout Establish project execution plan in conjunction with field leadership team Provide and maintain scheduling to ensure projects are completed on time Identify and mitigate project risks and identify and exploit value propositions to ensure projects are completed profitably Manage project financials, track cost variances, and prepare interval reports on progress Negotiate and sell change orders Act as primary point of contact for contractors and owners and their representatives Develop and maintain supplier and product representative relationships Bright Future Electric is a EOE and a drug free workplace.
