Job Description
IFMC Foreign Military Sales PMO (Program Management Support) Analyst 4.5 4.5 out of 5 stars Huntsville, AL 35802 The selected candidate will provide program management support (PMO) to an Army Program Office responsible for the management of Foreign Military Sales programs.
The primary duties to include:
Directly responsible for providing International Program Support to the program manager. Responds to Letters of Request (LORs) to provide Requests for Information (RFI), P&A, and Letters of Acceptance (LOA) data. Develops statements of work (SOW) and Contract Requirements Packages (CRPs). Tracks program/project status and schedules; applies policies and procedures for financial planning. Performs program management, technical, and business case analyses. Analyzes program requirements, status, budget and schedules. Schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, boards. Draft presentations in various formats to present results of analysis.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration / management field, or certification as an administrative professional is desired. Candidates with at least 15 years of applicable FMS program management experience in a product office. Knowledge of FMS systems to include DSAMS and GFEBS. Experience drafting SOWs and CRPs High understanding of MS Office product line to include familiarity with Microsoft Project. Knowledge of US Army acquisition processes. The successful candidate will be highly organized, flexible and must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to meet suspense’s. Candidate must be able to work with minimum guidance in addressing actions, and then use their own knowledge, ingenuity, innovation and experience to complete the product. Candidate must be able to travel periodically with trips that may be up to a week in length. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, people skills and enthusiasm are important, as well as the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a team environment.
