The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of project management principles, proficiency with Microsoft tools and a working familiarity with the Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site in Huntsville and at Kwajalein Atoll. This role requires effective communication and collaboration, and the ability to work with stakeholders to acquire results quickly. Duties Clarify and plan key deliverables that meet customer requirements. Identify data gaps and develop plan to collect appropriate information. Coordinate with military, government civilians, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to collect information, identify issues and risks, and deliver reports. Develop detailed project schedule from prior schedule, manage time and resources to achieve project objective. Monitor and report project progress, regularly communicate risks, needs and current results. Conduct site visits to assess condition of real property assets, equipment, and systems. Includes at least one extended site visit. Manage project documentation including blueprints, technical drawings, or facility descriptions. Facilitate communication among team members, ensuring everyone is informed of project updates and changes. Utilize MS tools, disparate data sources, and industry standard methodologies to estimate costs for maintenance and operations for facilities, infrastructure, and technical systems. Schedule and complete subtasks. Provide regular written and oral status reports and deliverables. Skills & Experience Proven working history supporting Reagan Test Site in Huntsville and at Kwajalein. Past history supporting range operations and maintenance of RTS technical facilities, networks, and instrumentation. Strong background in project management principles and methodologies. Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Project, and Excel. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively to collect critical information. Understanding of analyzing and documenting workforce requirements. Excellent project coordination skills with a focus on detail-oriented execution. Familiarity with construction estimating tools, or a working knowledge of the Army Garrison, SMDC DCSENG, and U.S. Corps of Engineers to be able to collect accurate estimates. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills for liaising with diverse teams and stakeholders.
