The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing of projects to deliver improved and new test capabilities. The candidate will support projects from identifying and documenting requirements through developing and implementing project plans, to managing current and new start projects in accordance with government requirements, Industry best practices, TRMC and Army Test and Evaluation policies and procedures. You will collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery of robust solutions for test instrumentation and data systems improvement and modernization. Duties Identify and Document Test Capability Gaps. Identify and Document Test Capability Requirements. Leverage previous experience as a technical project manager for test organizations to tailor project management approaches to Department of Defense, Army, and customer policy and guidance. Execute project plans to meet test capability requirements. Monitor project cost, schedule, and performance. Manage Verification and Validation of Project Requirements. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. Manage the testing process, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking. Monitor and report on testing progress, results, and metrics to stakeholders. Maintain documentation related to testing processes, methodologies, and results. Provide Integration Planning and Coordination. Skills Proficient in project management methodologies and practices. Strong experience supporting Department of Defense test customers. Strong experience with test instrumentation development project planning and execution. Technical expertise with radar, telemetry and optical systems. Prior experience managing large TRMC funded programs requiring CTEIP processes. Current SECRET Clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
