Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Energy Efficiency Assistant Project Manager to support energy conservation projects from planning through implementation. This role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet energy efficiency goals, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing multiple energy efficiency projects from initiation to completion. Assist in managing energy efficiency projects, including audits, retrofits, and sustainability initiatives. Support senior project managers in planning, budgeting, and tracking project performance. Support the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with clients, vendors, engineers, contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Collect, analyze, and report data on energy savings, costs, and environmental impact. Ensure compliance with energy efficiency regulations, codes, and industry best practices. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations. Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve project-related issues. Stay updated on emerging energy efficiency technologies and trends. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director.

Qualifications & Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the Essential Duties and Responsibilities. Additionally, individual must meet the minimum standards as highlighted below: A bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred but not required. Candidates with equivalent work experience in business management, administration, or a related field will also be considered. 1-3 years of experience in project management. Familiarity with energy efficiency programs, audits, and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
