In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring project performance metrics, generating actionable reports, and ensuring project teams have the data they need to make informed decisions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard project management tools Generate regular status reports highlighting project progress, milestones, and potential bottlenecks Create and distribute risk assessment reports to support proactive risk management Track and manage action items across project teams to ensure timely completion Support the delivery of project deliverables through effective administration and coordination Provide real-time insights into cost performance, schedule adherence, and risk exposure Serve as a technical expert across multiple project assignments Plan and lead major technology assignments related to project controls Evaluate performance results and recommend changes to improve project outcomes Support program managers with accurate, up-to-date project control data to facilitate decision-making Qualifications 3+ years of experience in project controls, project administration, or similar role Proficiency in project management and scheduling software Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proven ability to work effectively across multiple projects simultaneously Experience with risk management processes and tools Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Preferred Skills Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Knowledge of agile methodologies Experience in IT industry US citizenship is required in order to obtain Secret Clearance
