Do:

In addition to general project management skills, candidate must have the following: Serve as the primary point of contact for the KO, Contract Specialist (KS), COR, and PRO XD for all contractor-related activities. Ensure contractor performance aligns with contractual obligations. Maintain availability between 0700-1600 CST, Monday through Friday, and respond to technical issues within one business day. Provide daily administrative oversight of WCC production contracts, including documentation, communication, task tracking, briefings, and meeting support. Create high-quality documentation such as PowerPoint presentations, white papers, spreadsheets, and meeting notes. Prepare, edit, and submit recurring and ad hoc reports with accuracy and timeliness. Research and summarize materials related to WCC PRO functions; monitor and track compliance with reporting requirements. Advise personnel on document formats and content; engage senior military and civilian staff to gather needed information. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including suspense tracking, formatting, and compliance with

(series). Use Microsoft 365 and SharePoint to support coordination and workflow. Collect, compile, and analyze data to support operational decision-making. Participate in periodic process reviews and recommend workflow improvements. Support rapid-turnaround data calls and ensure document accuracy and readiness. Contribute to WCC PRO communications and public engagement strategies; assist with media event coordination and response preparation. Monitor the contractor’s Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Primavera, report discrepancies, and update internal IMS milestones as needed (bi-monthly or on demand).

Qualifications You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in a project management role. Working knowledge of ship construction and associated project lifecycles.

Proficiency with:

Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) Primavera P6 U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) experience preferred.
