Structural Steel Project Manager
(AISC Fabrication)
gpac is partnered with a successful Steel Fabricator that is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. The right candidate would have experience in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection. Our client company fabricates structural and miscellaneous steel for multiple sectors of the construction industry. Currently, they are implementing Tekla PowerFab for production with plans to integrate on the project management side. Experience with Tekla software would be a major plus but is not recommended. Qualifications for
Structural Steel Project Manager:
5+ years of experience in the structural steel industry
Ground up Steel Construction Project Experience
Knowledge of current AISC structural codes and standards
Demonstrated ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities for
Structural Steel Project Manager:
Coordinate and communicate with team members
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Manage and monitor project budgets and schedules
Monitor and review changes in project scope
Ensure all materials, labor and equipment costs are accurately included in estimates
Assist in developing and implementing cost-effective strategies
Compensation/Benefits for
Structural Steel Project Manager:
$100,000 – $130,000 base salary Negotiable Benefits
