Full Job Description Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Leads digital related projects to include
Project Management Methodology:
evaluation, planning, execution (task completion), control, monitor, and closing (testing and post-implementation support). Diagnoses, troubleshoots, reports, and fixes assigned application/device issues reported. Coordinating with appropriate business units and/or third party business units. Contributes to brainstorming and collaboration with team members to determine resolutions. Assists with managing risk and issues identified throughout project phases. Provides escalated digital support for associate questions or requests in a timely manner via the KACE Helpdesk tracking system and/or Salesforce Case management. Creates and maintains documentation to include system support procedures, monthly Digital Statistic Reports, business continuity along with partnering with the documentation specialist and member knowledge materials. Monitors applications on a daily basis for performance and accuracy, ensuring issues and failure events are handled and communicated immediately. Requires vendor management expertise. Develops and maintains standard testing procedures and effectively manage third-party vendors to implement controlled change management system. Analyzes system functionality for improvement and enhancement recommendations, utilizing an advanced knowledge of Credit Union products and services. Monitors ATM’s and assists with escalating support when needed. Monitors statement processes and daily work for statement and notice vendor. Takes pride in work, continually looking for and suggesting ways to make improvements. Maintains a member first mindset. Upholds core values and builds team member and customer relationships. Completes all corporate training as required. Performs all other duties as assigned.
