We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in municipal projects to lead and oversee various construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and drive project success. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
2+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Federal/Government construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ground-up Construction experience is a plus!
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
