PROJECT MANAGER POSITION

Landscape contractor looking for an experienced Project Manager/Foreman for our Tampa/Bradenton market.

Responsibilities:

Oversee landscape installment projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgets. Oversee and supervise landscape maintenance operations during construction. Ensure high standards of quality and efficiency. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success. Communicate regularly with clients and attend all meetings to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in the landscape construction industry. Previous experience managing commercial construction projects, with a proven track record of success. Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling. Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment. Excellent communication skills. Ability to read and act upon landscape blueprints. Train and mentor staff to ensure adherence to company standards and best practices. Monitor equipment and supplies inventory, make purchasing recommendations, and ensure proper maintenance of tools and machinery. Valid driver’s license. Clean driving and background record.
