5B to $5.5B over the next 5-6 years. This role requires a deep understanding of factors influencing FDB’s cash flow, including capex, opex and working capital. The individual will lead improvement initiatives to enhance the cash conversion cycle and provide strategic solutions to the CFO and Executive Leadership Team including being able to articulate the drivers behind cash challenges and opportunities.

Biotechnologies site, and will require travel to the others sites 20-30% Education & Skills Requirements + A relevant master’s degree in finance or a related field. + + 5 years of experience in Treasury/Cash Management or a related financial function. + Full professional proficiency in English. + Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a cross functional matrix organisation. + A high level of knowledge/skills within cash management / CCC is required to lead the area and support the sites on targets and improvement initiatives. No direct reports however, will have 5-10 in-direct reports within a global organisation.
