This key role is responsible for leading and managing mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Scope and manage water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation jobs
• Work with technicians in the field
• Perform demolition, extraction, cleaning, and drying services as needed
• Accurately document job progress using industry software
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles in a clean and organized manner
• Ensure all work complies with IICRC standards and company protocols
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency services ________________________________________

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in property damage restoration or a related field
• Strong knowledge of water, mold, and fire mitigation practices
• Ability to scope and estimate jobs confidently and accurately
• IICRC Certification (WRT/ASD/MRT) preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities ________________________________________
