Compensation Salary Range:

$110,00 – $130,000 (DOE) What You’ll Be Doing Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams on water and wastewater projects. Oversee planning, design, and technical execution for municipal utilities. Ensure project quality and efficiency with thorough engineering calculations and documentation. Drive project profitability and client satisfaction with on-time, on-budget delivery. Coordinate staffing and project schedules for timely completion. Conduct QA/QC of all project documents and reports. Support marketing and client engagement efforts through proposal preparation and project delivery. What You’ll Need to be Considered Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. PE registration in Alabama or ability to obtain. Minimum of 7 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater projects. Strong technical background in water or wastewater infrastructure. BCEE, PMP, or LEED AP preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Active engagement in professional and industry organizations. INDENG
