Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Union Benefits Coordinator to join one of our clients in the utility construction industry. They are one of the largest utility repair and storm response companies in the southeast. They will be assisting the HR Manager to ensure accurate reporting and coordination of benefits for their union employees. This role will work directly with their union partners, fill out employee rosters, create reports a few times a month on pay details, hours, and benefits. This is a remote position, with the salary range between $60,000-$80,000 depending on experience.
