We’re looking for a Residential Sales & Project Consultant to join our sales team and take the reins on kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, deck builds, and siding replacements. You’ll meet with homeowners, estimate the work, write detailed scopes, and run the job through completion. These are warm, inbound leads—folks who reached out to us because they’ve already seen our work and are ready to talk. This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out in the field, shaking hands, solving problems, and making things happen. In the first 90 days, success means learning our estimating tools, mastering our sales process, and closing at least 20% of your leads. By the end of year one, you should be running your own book of business, earning referrals, and hearing clients say, “We want you back for our next project.” What You’ll Do Meet with homeowners in person to scope out remodeling projects Build estimates using our pricing worksheets and your construction expertise Write detailed scopes of work and attach them to contracts Coordinate project schedules with subs and in-house carpentry teams Oversee project execution, communicate with clients, and manage timelines Provide material lists to our logistics team with clear deadlines Oversee site inspections and ensure permits are in place Handle multiple active jobs (8-15) with clarity and control Represent Home Repair Service with honesty and professionalism What We’re Looking For Proven experience selling home remodeling projects Deep knowledge of residential construction and code-compliant work Experience managing remodeling projects that involve subs in-house teams, and inspections Solid understanding of home construction with a focus on kitchens, baths, siding, and decks Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs, and general spreadsheet work Excellent communicator—organized, honest, responsive Must be able to earn trust , follow through, and juggle multiple jobs with care An Alabama Home Builders License is ideal, or serious interest in getting one

Compensation & Benefits Commission Only:

10% of revenue produced

Expected First-Year Earnings:

$60,000 to $140,000+ (Our lowest-producing salesperson sold $700,000 last year. Our highest topped $1.7 million.)

Pay Structure:

W-2 employee, paid twice monthly via direct deposit
