You will serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries, quotes, and order requests across multiple accounts. Communicate order requirements clearly to internal departments. Provide accurate product and service information to customers. Maintain and update customer records and documentation. Support customers with order processing, tracking, and issue resolution. Foster positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Handle returns and credit requests professionally and efficiently.
