Requirements Project Manager Monday-Friday Job Duties:
+ Report to Major Project Manager and Assistant Manager and provide updates and reports as required. + Required to be on-site during scheduled hours. + Ability and willingness to cover open positions during short staffing or for emergency call-offs. + Administers guard management software to all locations. + Manage scheduling of employees for multiple sites. + Attend regular/routine meetings with the client, supervisors, and subordinates. + Maintains security post instructions and other required records. + Deliver training where applicable. + Ensure all security and safety equipment is in good working condition. + Ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations for inspections, walk-throughs, and meetings, etc. + Conduct Interviews and hire employees. + Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to by all assigned employees and give corrective action (On the Spot, PMRs, PIPs) where appropriate. + Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
+ Previous security experience (3+ years) preferred. + Previous Team Leader/Supervisor skills preferred. + Have no felony convictions, no convictions for misdemeanors involving moral turpitude (verified by fingerprint based criminal background check). + Be of good moral character (as verified by applicant-provided character references, applicant’s credit history and driver’s license record when applicable). + Be able to verify/explain all gaps in employment and not have been terminated from previous employment for other than honorable circumstances. + Have a telephone or other reliable means of communication. + Have a high school education or suitable equivalent. + Must pass drug screening. + Must have a clen MVR (Requirement for Driving Positions). + Experience with WinTeam Software preferred.
Education Qualifications:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent + Strong written and oral communication skills + Strong computer skills + Customer service skills
Uncommon Physical Requirements:
+ Perform routine lengthy foot patrols + Ability to stand for long periods of time without assistance + Ability to work in both indoors and outdoors environments Security Engineers, Inc.
Alabama Security Company License:
