Project Manager Assistant Position Available In Tuscaloosa, Alabama

• BIM Modeler needed ASAP!

• Job Requirements:

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D models of piping and HVAC systems using AutoCAD MEP, Autoplant 3D, Navisworks, and/or Revit
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP trades to resolve spatial conflicts and ensure constructability.
• Produce shop drawings, isometric spool sheets, and material take-offs for field and shop use.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals to accurately model systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to support construction and fabrication.
• Update models to reflect RFIs, change orders, and site adjustments.
• Participate in coordination meetings and ensure models are current and accurate.
• Degree in Drafting or similar field is required Pay range is $22
