PROJECT MANAGER – HEAVY HIGHWAY, CONCRETE, & ASPHALT

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with a well-established, family-owned paving and asphalt company in Alabama? We are seeking the right individual to join a highly reputable business known for quality workmanship, steady projects, and a strong commitment to client satisfaction. What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in asphalt paving in a supervisory role.
Expertise in Heavy Highway, Concrete, and Asphalt Construction.
DOT and government project experience is required.
Ability to mentor and lead two less-experienced Project Managers.
Strong leadership skills to manage crews, subcontractors, and inspectors professionally.
A commitment to quality control and safety enforcement on-site.
A proactive, organized self-starter with problem-solving abilities.
