• Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to plans, making adjustments as necessary. 2.

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members have the resources they need to succeed.
• Provide regular feedback and support team development. 3.

• Budget and Resource Management:

• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Allocate resources efficiently and resolve conflicts related to resource demands. 4.

• Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations on project status and milestones.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns promptly. 5.

• Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle and take corrective actions as needed. 6.

• Quality Assurance:

• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Trello.

• Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
• May require travel to client sites or other project locations.
