This role is primarily responsible for overseeing implementation coordination and managing key communication deliverables. It requires senior-level expertise to lead cross-functional teams in meeting critical business objectives. The position involves regular interaction with management and executive stakeholders, making strong communication skills essential. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across departments and with senior leadership to ensure timely execution of project deliverables, using data-driven insights to inform strategic recommendations. Additionally, this role will contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of organizational processes, methodologies, and tools.

Day-to-day responsibilities: Manage key planning deliverables and driving leadership alignment discussions
Ensuring that the project is built in accordance with set strategy
Coordinating team requests and working with product to get features added to tech roadmap that drive the page evolution goals forward
Reviewing data to identify project issues or propose recommendations for operational pivots

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or other related field training or equivalent work experience 8 years strategy operations project management experience
Experience leading large cross functional programs involving business and engineering teams. Experience in stakeholder management
