Hospital Administration Summary:

Clinical knowledge and/or Medical Assistant experience strongly preferred – Full-Time (40 hrs/wk) – Mon-Fri days Plans, organizes, maintains and evaluates processes and projects. Responsible for document preparation, information management, scheduling and assisting with daily operations.

Additional Information:

Outpatient Administration Clinical knowledge and/or Medical Assistant experience strongly preferred Full-Time (40 hrs/wk) – Mon-Fri days Will assist in building our ambulatory MA program, both operational & apprenticeship positions

Description 1. Initiates, prepares, and maintains scope of project. Gathers information from and communicates to all stakeholders involved in project. 2. Provides project information and and prepares an analyzed report of project details and findings. 3. Provides data collection, data entry, data analysis and data communication support. 4. Maintains databases and other management support tools. 5. Ensures accuracy of all data submitted for benchmarking. 6. Generates reports detailing the status of programs or projects. 7. Evaluates progress of all assigned projects and reports the results. Obtains feedback on possible changes/modifications to the project. 8. Performs other duties as assigned.
