We are partnered witha well-established and rapidly growing commercial drywallcontractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead andoversee drywall projects throughout the Hartford, CT area. This isa full-time, salaried position offering excellent compensation,benefits, and growth opportunities for a driven professional readyto make a strong impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phasesof commercial drywall projects from pre-construction throughcloseout. Manage budgets, schedules, submittals, and change orders.

Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and internalteams to ensure project success. Conduct site visits and ensurework is performed safely, on time, and to specification. Leadproject meetings and provide regular progress reports. UtilizeOn-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid for estimating and costcontrol.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience incommercial drywall project management. Proven track record managingmultiple commercial drywall projects. Strong working knowledge ofOn-Screen Takeoff (OST) and QuickBid . Exceptional organizational,leadership, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpretarchitectural and construction drawings. Valid driver’s license.
