Description Main duties and responsibilities of the ProjectManager include the following: Lead all phases of constructionprojects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets,schedules, subcontracts, and client communications. Coordinate withsuperintendents, design teams, and owners to ensure timely andhigh-quality delivery. Track project milestones and proactivelyaddress risks and issues. Foster strong relationships with clients,consultants, and subcontractors. Contribute to a collaborative,solutions-driven project team.
