We focus on assisting individuals facing challenges such as poverty, mental illness, substance abuse, and homelessness. Summary We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team at Chrysalis Center Inc. This role is vital in managing projects that support our mission of transforming lives through supportive services. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of programs that address the needs of our community. Responsibilities Administer the operations of a highly motivated substance use program including supervising all program employees. Assist program employees with provision of direct services Assure fidelity of interventions are maintained, assure that supplies are on hand when needed, monitor data collection, request technical assistance, explain interventions to stakeholders, attend social events as needed. Maintain complete records/reports to track and assure successful program outcomes. Work closely with Clinical Supervisor to ensure program fidelity Work closely with Behavioral Health Contractor to ensure mental health services are being performed per contract Participate in training and orientation required for successful program operation. Maintain client confidentiality . Maintain complete and timely written documentation f client contacts and written/verbal communication regarding work activities Performs other related duties as assigned Requirements Proven track record working with sub populations with substance use, mental health issues, including extensive knowledge in HIV/A IDS and STI’s transmission methodologies. HIV Counseling Certification or willingness to become one within 3 months. Extensive knowledge in working with the Men Who Have Sex with Men (MSM) and Transgender communities. Experience in managing a multi-site program including overseeing various contracts Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and public presentations Ability to work simultaneously on various projects with shifting priorities Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Knowledge and ability to communicate sensitively across lines of diversity Available to work some nights and weekends If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and possess the skills to manage impactful projects, we invite you to apply for the Project Coordinator position at Chrysalis Center Inc.
