We areworking with a fast-growing commercial general contractor thatspecializes in national retail rollouts, tenant improvements, andground-up retail projects . Due to continued growth, they areseeking a seasoned Retail Construction Project Manager to overseemultiple projects remotely. This is an opportunity for adetail-oriented, client-facing PM who thrives in fast-paced retailenvironments and wants flexibility, autonomy, and excellent bonuspotential .

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of retailconstruction projects from award to close-out Oversee scheduling,budgeting, subcontractor management, and client communicationEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and withtop-tier quality Collaborate with field teams and clients acrossmultiple time zones Coordinate multi-site retail rollouts,remodels, and tenant improvement projects Prepare RFI, changeorders, project documentation, and status reporting

RequiredQualifications:

5 years of experience as a Project Manager inretail construction Background with multi-site retail , tenantimprovements, or quick-turn remodels Ability to manage 3-6 projectsconcurrently Strong knowledge of construction scheduling,budgeting, and cost tracking Excellent communication skills forclient and subcontractor coordination Comfortable working remotelywith virtual project oversight Nice to

Have:

Experience withnational brands or franchise construction (QSR, big box, stripcenters) Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar projectmanagement tools Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management orrelated field (preferred but not required) What’s in It for
