We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee ground-upcommercial construction projects in the New Haven area. This is aleadership role with full ownership from preconstruction throughcloseout on projects ranging from $5M-$40M. Client Details Ourclient is an established general contractor with over 30 years ofexperience delivering high-quality commercial, institutional, andmixed-use projects across Connecticut. Known for theircollaborative approach, financial strength, and low turnover, theyoffer a supportive environment for construction professionalsseeking long-term growth. Description Lead the planning,scheduling, and execution of ground-up construction projects Serveas the primary point of contact for owners, architects, andengineers throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate and manageall subcontractor activities, contracts, and change orders Driveproject schedules and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Monitorand manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking Enforcesite safety and quality standards in alignment with companypolicies and OSHA requirements Prepare and lead OAC and internalprogress meetings Collaborate with estimating and preconstructionteams during early project phases Mentor Assistant PMs and FieldStaff to support team development Profile 5 years of PM experiencemanaging ground-up commercial projects.
