Project Manager Holt Technical Staffing New Milford, CT We have a live opportunity with one of our East Coast clients for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing business. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing successful completion of company projects, often running multiple projects at one time. As Project Manager you will be working for a business who have two facilities and are part of a much larger US manufacturing group meaning strong job security and development opportunities. Responsibilities as
Project Manager:
Run and be responsible for multiple projects at any one time. Lead project Kick-off meetings including project scope, customer delivery dates, schedule and labor budget hours and revenue milestones. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Planning & Manufacturing accurate project specifications and customer requirement confirmation. Be very customer facing ensuring all customer needs, requirements, changes and project status is clearly communicated. Review project plan with the planner including labor load conflicts (under/overload issues), and materials lead time conflicts. Review and manage the Production Build Plan covering start / finish dates and any relevant customer project milestones. Lead facility based FAT’s with the customer. Work in leadership capacity regarding all areas of the projects and their progress, as well as leading the weekly leadership update meeting. Experience required as
Project Manager:
BSc in Electrical Engineering, or other relevant technical qualification. 3-5 years within a manufacturing environment, preferably electronics manufacture. Confident with MS Office software packages. Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
