Owner’s Advocate:

Ensure the project aligns with the owner’s goals,budget, and vision.

Coordinate Project Stakeholders:

Serve as theprimary liaison between the owner, architects, engineers,contractors, and other project participants.

Manage ProjectSchedule:

Develop and maintain project schedules, identifyingcritical milestones and ensuring deadlines are met.

BudgetOversight:

Establish, track, and manage project budgets, includingcost estimating, tracking, and reporting.

Risk Management:

Identifyand mitigate project risks and challenges proactively.

QualityControl:

Ensure project work meets quality standards,specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Change Management:

Manage changes to the project scope, budget, and schedule, ensuringproper documentation and approvals. Profile The Project Manager
