Full Time Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation of life science-related commercialization projects. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with cross-functional departments including Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations. Develop detailed project schedules and work plans using industry best practices and tools. Monitor project progress against milestones and address risks or changes proactively to minimize disruptions. Assign responsibilities and establish workflows to support team collaboration and timely task execution. Communicate project updates clearly and regularly to all relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Support business case and budget development to secure management approval. Coordinate with internal teams to manage and communicate with third-party vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Proficiency with Microsoft Project for the Web. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business preferred. Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, ideally within pharmaceutical or chemical plant environments. Familiarity with batch processing and packaging of hazardous materials, including flammable liquids, corrosives, and combustible powders. Working knowledge of
ISO 9001, GMP
standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with an ability to influence across functions. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Comfortable presenting complex project details to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
