Job Summary Our Danbury, CT Program Management Office is hiring! Join our team as a Senior Project Manager responsible for the daily execution of a variety of tasks and projects within a large and complex program. What You Will Do
Responsible for the daily execution of specific tasks or projects within a moderately large/complex program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines
Manage and direct the daily execution of contract requirements to assure that cost, schedules and performance goals are met
Manage operations to ensure schedules are met and deliverables meet quality standards
Organize project and task workloads and selects individuals most qualified for specific projects
Contribute to the client relationship
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and 5+ years functional or program management experience
Knowledge of project management tools and activities
A proven leader and able to influence others within the integrated project team
Demonstrated customer service, problem solving, and presentation skills
Exposure to resource planning, project reviews, scheduling, and budget control U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
