SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
FAIRFIELD
COUNTY REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERWITH A CONSTRUCTION DIVISION
You will be joining a premierprivately held real estate developer, with their own constructiondivision, managing over 25 million square feet of commercial,mixed-use projects, hotels and residential projects on a nationalbasis. Average size projects from $25M to $75M.
Current project:
350 units, five floors on stick framing over a concrete parkinggarage, start date next month. Position reports to ManagingDirector of Construction. Bachelor’s Degree in ConstructionManagement or related degree. Minimum 5 years to 10 years ofestimating experience required. Excellent long-term opportunity!
