Job Summary Our Danbury, CT Program ManagementOffice is hiring! Join our team as a Senior Project Managerresponsible for the daily execution of a variety of tasks andprojects within a large and complex program. What You Will DoResponsible for the daily execution of specific tasks or projectswithin a moderately large/complex program in accordance withcontract requirements and company policies, procedures andguidelines Manage and direct the daily execution of contractrequirements to assure that cost, schedules and performance goalsare met Manage operations to ensure schedules are met anddeliverables meet quality standards Organize project and taskworkloads and selects individuals most qualified for specificprojects Contribute to the client relationship Education &Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or arelated field and 5 years functional or program managementexperience Knowledge of project management tools and activities Aproven leader and able to influence others within the integratedproject team Demonstrated customer service, problem solving, andpresentation skills Exposure to resource planning, project reviews,scheduling, and budget control U.S. Citizenship required. Thisposition requires an active DOD security clearance or the abilityto obtain such clearance within a reasonable time aftercommencement of employment.
