Purpose Statement Rich Products isembarking on an exciting journey to transform our core operationalsystem (S/4HANA) and processes to reimagine the way we work byintroducing new digital capabilities and replacing numerousplatforms and non-standard processes with a newer digital platformand simplified, standardized processes. We are currently hiring foran Order to Cash Transformation Manager. In this riole, you willexecute support for the Galileo (S/4HANA) Program.
This role willbe responsible for:
coordination of Order to Cash programaccountabilities, providing leadership across markets as well as,influencing and support of the organizational change as wetransform the business. This role supports activities in our LATAMmarket, and as such, candidates need to be bi-lingual English andSpanish speaking. We are happy to consider remote applicants withexpected travel (both idomestic and international) of around 25%.Key Accountabilities and Outcomes 60 % Leadership, Influence andStrategy
- Serve as critical liaison between Enterprisestakeholders and the Galileo (S/4HANA) team.
- Provide guidance andsupport to Order to Cash process associates on a regular basisrelated to the Galileo Program.
- Partner closely with the Order toCash functional leaders, regional leaders, and associates tounderstand how the Order to Cash Process is executed todayenterprise-wide; as well as identifying improvements in the Orderto Cash processes and systems as we move into future state design.
- Similarly, partner with adjacent process owners (es: IBP(Integrated Business Planning), Sales, Marketing, etc.) toidentify, recommend and influence process improvement opportunitiesthat will positively impact the Order to Cash process overall.
- Understand system connectivity and how the data and tools can beused to drive decision making across the enterprise.
- Participatein key design decisions related to our ERP (Enterprise ResourcePlanning) Global Template & S4/HANA design strategy.
- Facilitatecommunication and collaboration between the business, Order to Cashstakeholders, OTC IT team and Galileo Supply Chain Leaders.
- Develop subject matter expertise and drive adoption of Order toCash elements that make sense for their business – including bestpractices around supply chain activities.
- Develop relationshipswith Order to Cash associates around the globe. Leverage theserelationships to ensure the Galileo (S/4HANA) Program operates withan enterprise mindset. 40% Execution
- Participate, and in somecases facilitate, critical Galileo work needed to ready theorganization for the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) GlobalTemplate phase of the project (ie: research, analysis, workshopparticipation, etc.). These accountabilities will continue as theproject progresses into later phases.
- Support OrganizationalChange Management (OCM) activities, in conjunction withOrganizational Change Management Lead.
- Support development oftraining plan and execution of training content, in conjunctionwith Galileo Training Lead. Support go-live activities, virtuallyor on-site, as required. Support localization activities whilebalancing the goals of simple, standard, global solutions.
- Participate and/or support additional Galileo objectives (S/4HANATransformation program), as needed. Develop in-depth understandingof Order to Cash S/4HANA functionality and the application to theOrder to Cash Process. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- 10 yearsof order management, or relevant Order to Cash process experience
- BS degree. Business or Mathematics preferred
- BilingualEnglish/Spanish
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
- Knowledgeof Sales and Marketing functions
- Knowledge of Transportation andWarehousing functions
- Knowledge and experience in executingchange management
- Knowledge of business process management and apassion for driving process excellence
- Experience in stakeholdermanagement and bringing together groups to execute on a commonmission
- Experience in cross-functional facilitation,collaboration, and being a change agent
- Ability to challenge thestatus quo, find new solutions, and drive out of the box ideas
- Strong PC skills, proficiency with Windows, Microsoft suite (Excel,Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI preferred
- Projectmanagement and training experience preferred
- Strongdecision-making skills preferred LI-NT1 Transformation

The actual amount may be higher or lower, based onnon-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills,abilities, shift differential, and location.
