Guardian Impact Windows & Roofing, South Florida’s fastest-growing home improvement company, is looking for an experienced Tile Project Manager to take charge of our tile roofing installations from start to finish! In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind successful tile roofing projects — managing crews, coordinating schedules, ensuring materials are on-site, and keeping every job on track, on budget, and up to Guardian standards. ?
What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee day-to-day operations of tile roofing projects. Schedule and manage subcontractor crews for efficient installs. Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and job site readiness. Perform job site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance. Communicate with Account Managers, Permit Techs, and customers regarding project timelines and updates. Proactively resolve any job site issues or delays. Ensure projects pass inspections and meet all code requirements. Drive projects to completion, payment, and customer satisfaction. ✅
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing tile roofing projects (REQUIRED). Strong knowledge of roofing systems, installation processes, and Florida building codes. Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Organized, deadline-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job site visits. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic tech tools.
