We’re looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager / Assistant Superintendent to support our field and office operations.

Position Summary:

This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in construction project management or field supervision. The Assistant Project Manager / Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent to coordinate materials, schedules, subcontractors, and on-site quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction activities Support daily site supervision to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and material tracking Help coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors Perform job site walkthroughs and generate punch lists Assist in preparing reports and communicating project updates Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA safety standards, and local codes

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred 0-2 years of construction experience (internships or fieldwork a plus) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with construction software is a plus Willingness to work in both office and field environments Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
