Randstad is recruiting for a Construction Project Coordinator with experience supporting projects in South Florida for a client and General Contractor located in Pompano. This position requires experience with with construction field data, familiarity with job costing systems like Sage, strong attention to detail, and clear communication skills. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering a full benefits package once you go perm.
salary:
$25 – $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the permitting process with local and state agencies.
Prepare and submit permit applications, track status, and ensure compliance.
Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and authorities for permitting needs.
Organize and maintain project documentation (contracts, submittals, schedules, etc.).
Assist Project Managers with scheduling, communication, and cost control.
Track submittals, RFIs, and other project-related documentation.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders.
Perform administrative tasks to support project success. Skills
