Role:

As the Business Excellence and Strategy Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Business Excellence System for Terminals (BEST). You will lead strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and foster a culture of continuous improvement—all while aligning operations with global best practices and long-term sustainability goals.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage multiple strategic initiatives and projects across departments. Oversee the deployment and continuous improvement of BEST. Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives and develop strategy deployment plans. Establish performance metrics and data-driven decision-making frameworks. Facilitate change management training and foster a culture of excellence. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including port authorities and global terminals. Conduct audits and benchmarking into operational strategy.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Maritime Logistics, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, Business Excellence, Strategy, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Leadership within the port terminal industry. Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Six Sigma Green Belt. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Strong Lean experience applied in Logistics or related environment. Statistics experience developing and running data models (preferred). Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook. Authorized to work in the US, no visa sponsorship at this time.

Physical & Work Environment:

Office-based with regular field visits required Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and environment Use of PPE required; rotating on-call schedule and occasional travel expected
