We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities of the

Project Manager:

Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation within Procore, including contracts, addendums, revised plans, submittals, change orders, and project financial records. Communicate effectively with general contractor clients via phone and email to provide project updates, answer inquiries, and proactively resolve issues related to contracts, scope, materials, labor, and scheduling. Provide clear direction and priorities to field supervisors, aligning field execution with project schedule and budget targets. Monitor project progress diligently through daily job reports, photos submitted by field teams, and site visits as needed. Actively manage project financial performance by meticulously tracking costs, analyzing job cost reports, and proactively updating the Estimate at Completion within Procore based on real-time progress, approved change orders, field conditions, and anticipated costs. Conduct weekly coordination meetings with field supervisors to review progress, update production schedules, and discuss potential impacts to project budget and forecast. Collaborate closely with Accounting, Sales, and Procurement to ensure accurate job costing, provide necessary inputs for Percentage of Completion (POC) revenue recognition, facilitate timely billing, and manage project closeout procedures. Contribute to the analysis of project profitability by ensuring accurate cost tracking and timely EAC updates within Procore, facilitating financial reporting by Accounting. Promote and rigorously enforce job site safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Requirements Of Project Manager Minimum 1-3 years of construction project management experience, with significant experience in the commercial hardscape/paver installation industry strongly preferred. Proficiency in Procore is highly preferred for this role. Working knowledge of commercial hardscape construction processes preferred, including base preparation, paver installation techniques (e.g., pedestrian, vehicular, permeable), edge restraints, jointing, compaction, and sealing. Ability to read and interpret site plans, hardscape details, and specifications, and accurately assess the financial and schedule impact of change orders related to hardscape scope. Proficiency in Procore, particularly budget management, cost tracking, forecasting, and change order modules. Working knowledge of Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace. Strong understanding of construction project financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and the principles of how project progress impacts financial reporting. Experience working within an integrated Project Management and Accounting environment is highly preferred. Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Able to pass a background check and drug test per company policy.
