Construction / Manufacturing & Installation Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to support our project management team in delivering successful manufacturing and installation projects within the construction industry. This role is critical in ensuring smooth office operations, maintaining organized project documentation, and supporting compliance with company and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Manage daily office operations to ensure an efficient and productive work environment. Prepare, organize, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, invoices, purchase orders, NTOs, permits, and client communications. Serve as a liaison between project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure clear and timely communication. Assist with budgeting and financial tracking for ongoing construction projects. Monitor and promote compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and documentation systems. Coordinate and facilitate project-related meetings, including preparation of agendas and meeting minutes.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field preferred (Bachelor’s degree would be appreciated, but not required).
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in office management, preferably within the construction or related industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction management software such as Procore and Textura .
Knowledge:
Familiarity with construction terminology, documentation, local building codes, and safety regulations.
