Creative Operations Project Manager Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative & Marketing Project Manager for a short-term contract (3 to 6 months) to support our dynamic in-house creative and marketing teams. This role is critical in drivingplex projects from concept to delivery—ensuring timelines, creative standards, and cross-functionalmunication remain seamless in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities:
a project manager’s mindset to define project scope, drive timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure the timely delivery of creative assets from intake to execution.
Translateplex business goals into clear, actionable project plans with measurable milestones and defined accountability.
Provide milestone tracking and project support across multiple marketing channels, with a strong focus on digital campaigns, seasonal launches, and content delivery.
Maintain oversight and ownership of all active creative and marketing projects—ensuring alignment across Merchandising, Digital, Creative, and Marketing teams.
Manage day-to-day workflow, status tracking, resourcing, and stakeholder updates using project management tools (e.g., WorkFront preferred or Asana, Wrike, Airtable).
Drive the development and enforcement of standards around project flow, color accuracy, quality assurance, and milestone handoffs.
Coordinate cross-functional input and ensure all assets meet brand and production standards before launch.
Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation; proactively surface risks and remove roadblocks.
Foster clear and consistentmunication across internal and external partners, including senior-level stakeholders, to ensure scalable and timely delivery.
Operate at a high level of accountability in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities
Qualifications:
5+ years of project management experience within creative, digital marketing, or brand teams.
Proven experience managing marketing and creative workflows end-to-end, especially in digital environments.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
Familiarity with project management and creative collaboration tools (e.g., WorkFront preferred or Asana, Smartsheet, Adobe Creative Suite, Airtable).
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative, and collaborative setting.
Preferred Experience:
Experience within retail, fashion, consumer products, or emerce industries.
Familiarity with photo production, brand marketing calendars, or seasonal product rollouts.
