Oakland Park, FL 33311 • Hybrid work Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Build Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and a deep understanding of construction site operations. This role requires proficiency in project scheduling, blueprint reading, and the use of various construction management software tools. The Design Build Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Manage project scheduling and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution. Utilize software tools such as Civil 3D, HeavyBid, ProCore, and Prolog for project management and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during the construction process. Prepare detailed reports on project status for stakeholders and upper management. Requirements Proven experience in construction site management or a similar role. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery. Proficiency in project scheduling techniques and tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics effectively. Familiarity with Civil 3D, HeavyBid, ProCore, Prolog, or similar software is preferred. Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and vendors. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
