Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of utility scale solarprojects, from conception to completion. Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence tobudget, schedule, and quality standards. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients,contractors, engineers, and vendors, to ensure smooth projectexecution. Lead a team of project managers, project engineers, and civilsuperintendents, providing guidance and support throughout theproject lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues,and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, resolveany on-site challenges, and ensure compliance with safetyregulations. Collaborate with internal departments, such as procurement,finance, and legal, to ensure seamless project coordination. Prepare and present project updates, budgets, reports, andpresentations to senior management and clients. Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and bestpractices to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promotingteamwork, professional growth, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or arelated field. Proven experience in managing utility-scale solar projects,preferably within the EPC industry. Strong knowledge of solar energy systems, constructionmethodologies, and project management principles. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the abilityto effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficient in project management software and tools, such asProcore, Microsoft Project, or Primavera. Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, andregulations, including environmental and safety guidelines. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in afast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with afocus on delivering high-quality results. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
