Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics). Experience with system integrations, data migration, and technical troubleshooting. Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet). Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
