The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations across various projects while providing exceptional support to both field staff and management. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Must have a background in kitchen or bathroom remodeling. Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee daily field operations to ensure project timelines are met. Order materials for various projects and ensure they are delivered to the correct job sites. Act as a liaison between field teams, management and customers, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Ensure jobs are progressing and issues are being dealt with in a timely manner. Experience Previous experience in field management or production management. Familiarity with bathroom and kitchen renovation projects. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in CRM, and CAD applications. Bilingual Spanish and English required. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
