In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, execution, and close-out of fire sprinkler system projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with NFPA codes, local regulations, and customer expectations. The ideal candidate has strong experience in fire protection systems, leadership skills, and excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities:

Manage fire sprinkler installation projects from contract award to final inspection. Coordinate with designers, estimators, field personnel, vendors, GCs, and clients. Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local building/fire codes, and safety regulations. Review project specs, submittals, and drawings; approve material orders. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones using project tracking tools. Schedule and lead project meetings and site visits as needed. Resolve conflicts or delays related to design, supply chain, or labor. Prepare change orders, RFIs, and project billing in coordination with accounting. Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Requirement 10+ years of experience in fire sprinkler or fire protection project management. Strong knowledge of

NFPA 13, NFPA

14, and applicable codes. Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents. Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Procore, or similar). Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
