Tampa FL or Lawrenceville/Summit/New Brunswick/Princeton,NJ or Cambridge/Devens, MA Hybrid As a Project Manager you will: ?Lead and manage HR projects/initiatives from initiation tocompletion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope,objectives, and deliverables. ? Develop comprehensive projectplans, timelines, and resource allocation. ? Serve as the HRsubject matter expert, providing guidance to HR Project Office teammembers. ? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices,and regulatory changes to ensure HR compliance and effectiveness. ?Lead change management initiatives related to HR processimprovements, ensuring seamless transitions and user adoption. ?Develop and deliver training programs to HR Project Office staffand stakeholders. ? Foster strong working relationships with HRProject Office team members, department heads, and externalpartners to drive successful project outcomes. ? Act as a liaisonbetween HR and other departments to ensure alignment of projectgoals with organizational objectives. ? Assist in identifyingproject risks and issues and escalate them to the HR Project OfficeHead/Portfolio Management. ? Support in developing and implementingrisk mitigation strategies. ? Monitor project risks and issues andprovide status updates. ? Assist in tracking project budgets andexpenses. ? Collaborate with the finance department to ensureaccurate financial reporting. ? Assist in preparing financialreports related to project expenditures. ? Assist in maintainingproject quality standards and adherence to best practices. ?Participate in quality reviews and audits as required.
The idealcandidate will have:
? Bachelor’s degree in human resources,business administration, operations management, project management,or a related field (or equivalent experience). ? Working towards orhave obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP), PSM/CSM ?Professional/Certified Scrum Master certification or Lean Six Sigmacertification is a plus. ? 5 years in a project management role. ?Proficiency in HRIS (HR Information Systems) and project managementsoftware is highly preferred. ? Product management experience ishighly preferred. ? Change management experience is highlypreferred. ? Management consulting experience is highly desirable.? 2 years of experience with MS Project?is highly preferred. ?Talent Strategy and or Talent Management experience preferred.
